“The person I admire most is my first football coach, Coach Peters. First, he taught me almost everything about the game. For example, he taught me how to throw a rollout pass to the left. Secondly, he helped me get better and better. Another example is snaps. He taught me how to get the snap faster and faster. Finally, whenever I'm down, he encourages me. For example, in the toughest game of the season, he encouraged me to not give up. Even though we lost, he congratulated me. That is why I admire Coach Peters.”

The Novato Mighty Bees represent our Cadet players between the ages of 8-9 and weighing 104 lbs. max and 10 year olds(older/lighter) weighing 84 lbs. max. At this level, the program focuses on instructing players on game basics and the introduction to offensive and defensive strategy. Game scores are not recorded during the season.
